OK AND YOU SAW A NEED FOR IT IN OCEAN CITY. ABSOLUTELY YES IT IS. THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION. WE DIDN’T HAVE THAT MANY JAPANESE RESTAURANTS OUR CHINESE RESTAURANTS. OK 10 YEARS AGO WHEN WE STARTED. IT’S BASICALLY A CROSS COCONUT SHRIMP THAT’S FLASH FRIED AND THEN WE ADD CREAM CHEESE TO IT ROBIN AND ROLL AND THEN THERE’S A THIN LAYER MANGO AVOCADO DRIZZLE WITH LEMON VS COCONUT SAUCE AND COCONUT FLAKES. THAT SOUNDS AMAZING. ALL RIGHT. AND THE DINOSAUR EGG IT’S A HALF AN AVOCADO PIT IT STUFF WITH SPICY CONNIE AND SPICY TUNA FLASHED RIGHT INTO THE SHAPE OF A DINOSAUR EGG CUTTER DRIZZLED WITH SPICY MAYO PESTO SAUCE THAT WE MAKE IN HOUSE AND WASABI MAYO.
