K1 Fiance Visa Costs for 2019

Today’s topic is: In 2019, What are the costs
to obtain a Fiance Visa In 2019, What are the costs to obtain a Fiance
Visa If you are on a budget, and who is not these
days, it is important to know what costs you should
expect for your Fiancee visa from start to finish, and then
you can calculate what will be left over to pay for travel,
the wedding and honeymoon. I am Fred Wahl the VisaCoach and I help you
get through a confusing and frustrating Immigration process so you can have a happy life together
in the USA with your foreign partner. In this video I am going to tell you how much
it costs, and when payments are made during the different
stages so you will have an idea of what to budget
for and when. Now, lets talk about What are the costs to
obtain a Fiance Visa in 2019? In case you are new to my channel. Let me summarize what a Fiance Visa
is. Basically the US government is giving your
foriegn Fiance permission to enter the USA, and stay here for 90 days. During that time
your Fiance should be meeting your family and friends, and checking
out where you live and experiencing what life in USA is like. If
she or he likes what they find, then you marry. And instead of returning
to foreign country, your new spouse applies for Green Card and permanent
residency and you two live happily ever after. To get to the point where the visa issue,
we first submit a set of very complicated paperwork here in the
USA to USCIS (homeland Security). About 8 to 10 months later your fiancee, in
her or his home country has a medical exam, and is interviewed at
the US embassy or consulate. When all goes well she or he gets the visa
and travels to join you. Sorry, but not all the time things go well,
and that frankly is why I am here. I help you prepare all the complicated paperwork
and guide you each step along the way, to make sure
things go well to plan. After the papwerwork has been prepared, you
send in your K1 Visa application to Homeland Security, you include payment
of $535. Fast forward, to the Consulate stage (about
8 – 10 months later) At that time Your fiance pays to the consulate
another application fee of $265 Prior to the consular interview your fiance
must undergo a medical exam. The fees for this on average are around $250
to $340. They vary country
to country. Hopefully, as you are watching this video,
you understand that this is a complicated process, and you are best
served to have me, the VisaCoach as your personal guide through the
process. My job is to keep you on the correct path,
to help you avoid headaches and to bring your Love to the USA as quickly
and smoothly as possible. In 2019 VisaCoach’s fee for full support is
$795. So, all told you should budget the following
to bring your Fiance to the USA. $795 for VisaCoach Full Support
$535 for USCIS application $300 for the Medical Exam
$265 for Consulate Visa Fee $1,895 Total This was Fred Wahl, The VisaCoach Please “like” or add your comments to this

Once you've been married during the 90 days the fiancé has gotten from the visa… Can you travel outside the us together while waiting for his green card to be delivered… Would they allow him to leave the US and come back as long as the 90 days offered by the fiancé visa are still valid?

$1895, that's not bad. Of course, after that, there will have to be an AOS which is an additional $1,500 or there about. Budget around $4k to go this route. Good luck to all!

Thank you for your response. I m thinking about if I get to apply for a fiancé visa or get marry first. Please let me know which one is better. My fiancé is originally from franche and works there. I was wondering if after the fiancé visa and wedding he can go back to France and continues to work because he doesn’t want to stay in the us without working for 6 months. How many months does he have to wait to get his working permit?
Thank you so much for your help.

We went for our interview in Rio de Janeiro last week. We were both interviewed together, so the proof of us being a valid relationship was never questioned. However, we were denied (or I don't know if we were or not she did not say those words) but denied because of a 3 year travel ban that will expire soon in 2020. He stayed in the states 8 months and we both had no idea that his stay incurred a ban if we knew we would have delayed the process for 2020. My question is that we want to apply again, should I start the first process now? Because by the time we go to the embassy again it will be 2020 and the 3 year band will be expired. The consulate also said we were eligible for a waiver, but that's costly and by the time we get any word on the waiver process it will be 2020 and the travel ban will expire.

If my turned 16 in London then left 3 months after, does she still need Police clearance? The official site says 6 months after turning 16 she would be required.

She lived in the U.K. for 9 years. But again, left after 3 months of turning 16.

I’m simply asking would this be required?

I’m just here to kind of let off some steam and hopefully not be too long. I am making a 2 week trip to the Philippines in one week to meet my girlfriend in person who will most likely become my fiancé before I leave. The guy who introduced us will be going as well to see his wife. I told him earlier today that I intended to do the paperwork myself and needless to say he said I was crazy for even considering trying that. He had a lawyer lined up for me who would charge me $1500. I have done my research and I have never been married and I have no criminal history. But he is talking like my k1 fiancé visa will be denied and take longer because I will probably make mistakes and so forth. I’m offended that he doesn’t believe I can do this process and I don’t know what the hell makes him think I will have problems. But every forum I have read, like visa journey, says that in my case I should be just fine doing the paperwork myself and there are people on visa journey who can help. I’m not saying that I won’t use a lawyer but they are so damn expensive and I basically still have to do all the legwork and get all the documents and evidence together and all the other information. Why the hell do I have to pay money to do that? The guy then asks if my girlfriend was really worth it to me and if so the money shouldn’t matter. It’s already going to be expensive doing the process even without the lawyer fees. The guy then says that it’s up to me and I’m the one who has to live and deal with the consequences. I don’t understand what makes him think that I am not capable of doing this process myself. Visa coach, why do you and other lawyers try to scare people about this when they have no criminal records and have never been married. I’m hoping you can explain to me why paying your high fees is even considered worth it. Contrary to what you lawyers say, you absolutely can not speed the process up and you are just as capable of making mistakes as well. I’m hoping you can attempt to answer my concerns here if you care to try. These high fees just for attorneys is really ridiculous.

What I just realized is that before searching for all these and try your best to learn about the processes, Know first the man you are in a relationship or fiance. Coz like what happened to me, Just being left by the man Im in a long distance relationship for exactly 1 year. So even if i see and watch this now… It may educate me how it would work but wont make heal and be restored for the moment. 💔💔💔
