Hi travellers, I’m Anne’s daughter, Lileko, and welcome to my channel. I’m at Ella train station, and I’m finally catching this famous Blue Train to Kandy. I paid three hundred and ten rupees for my second-class ticket. You just bring your luggage on board, I have my medium-sized suitcase. So I have it just standing in the hallway here. It’s totally fine. It did get cooler as the higher up through the mountains we went, so I do recommend bringing a sweater. Just in case because it can be nippy with the windows and doors wide open. This is what 7 plus hours of standing looks like. Don’t go on weekends, or bank holidays, if you can avoid it. It’s 4:30. Left Ella at 923 and arrived here at 4:30. Now to get a tuk tuk, what’s the name of my accommodation? I have no idea. I really need to sit down. Talk about survivor. Standing for too long.
